Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program for Fiscal Years 2020 – 2022
Pursuant to 49 CFR Part 26, all interested parties are hereby advised that the Manatee County Transit Division is proposing to establish a three-year goal for Fiscal Years 2020-2022 for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funded projects. The proposed goal is 1.07% of the FTA 5307 Urbanized Area Formula Grant and 5339 Bus and Bus Facility Grant funding received by Manatee County in each year 2020 through 2022. Information on the methodology utilized to develop the DBE goal is available for inspection during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Manatee County Transit Division, 2411 Tallevast Road, Sarasota, FL 34243. Written comments will accepted for 45 days after the publication of this notice and should be mailed to Manatee County Transit Division, 2411 Tallevast Road, Sarasota, FL 34243, Attention: DBE Goal.
